Boar was based on the unused concept art of the Hogs Crew's captain. Before he joined the Hogs, he was the quarter master of the Tarantula Crew.
He appeared in all the novels, including Candle Cove: The Spirits Cave, which only features him in flashbacks.
Appearance
He is very large and hairy all over. His puppet (had it been made) would have been almost as big as Janice, easily dwarfing all of the other puppets.
His hair changes colors due to inconsistent descriptions of what it looks like throughout the novel series, usually between orange, red, and brown.
Personality
He is brave and jolly. Since his role in the novel series is minor, that is all anyone really knows.
